IN ANY CASE A DISPENSARY INSPECTOR / DEPUTY SHERIFF IS DISPATCHES / APPOINTED TO ATTEND YOUR DISPENSARY LOCATION FOR NON-COMPLIANCE, A MANDATORY $100 REGISTRATION & PROCESSING ADMINISTRATION FEE APPLIES TO EACH UNREGISTERED DISPENSARY EMPLOYEE & WILL BE BILLED TO THE DISPENSARY BUSINESS WITHOUT INCIDENT TO FULFILL MANDATORY CDRA BY-LAW REQUIREMENTS.

  1. EVERY CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY MUST EMPLOY AT LEAST 4 FULLY LICENSED PROFESSIONAL "DISPENSARY SECURITY GUARDS" (wages set at $25/hr), 4 "DISPENSARY MANAGERS" & 4 "DISPENSARY BUDTENDERS" (wages set at $20/hr).
  2. 2 LICENSED DISPENSARY SECURITY GUARDS, 4 DISPENSARY BUDTENDERS & 1 DISPENSARY MANAGER (wages set at $25/hr) MUST BE ON DUTY & PRESENT ON SITE DURING ALL HOURS OF BUSINESS OPERATION.   
  3. ALL DISPENSARY SECURITY GUARDS, DISPENSARY BUDTENDERS & DISPENSARY MANAGERS MUST BE LICENSED/CERTIFIED UNDER EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ISSUED BY THE CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE/BUSINESS ASSOCIATION FEDERATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SERVICE OF THIS LAWFUL PUBLIC NOTICE - DATED JULY/30/2019
  4. ALL PRIVATIZED DISPENSARY EMPLOYERS MUST SUBMIT/EMAIL A WEEKLY LIST OF DISPENSARY EMPLOYEE NAMES, HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT & MAINTAIN THE STANDARDIZED 10% EMPLOYEE CONTRACT CONTRIBUTION DEDUCTIONS CALCULATED & E-TRANSFERRED BEFORE DEDUCTING TAXES OR ISSUING EMPLOYEE WAGES. EMPLOYER OR MANAGER MUST EMAIL EACH EMPLOYEES CONTACT INFO TO THE NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE AUTHORITY TO MAKE SURE EACH & EVERY EMPLOYEE IS REGISTERED, CERTIFIED & UNDER THE STANDARD 10% EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH BY-LAW MANDATES REQUIRING DISPENSARY EMPLOYEE CONTRACT STANDARDIZATION. COMPLETE EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION / CERTIFICATION & EMPLOYEE ADMINISTRATION AT: THECANNABISDISPENSARYAUTHORITY@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THIS NOTICE & EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT BY 11:30 PM TO AVOID BY-LAW VIOLATION PENALTIES BEING CHARGED/ ISSUED AFFECTING THE STATUS OF BOTH EMPLOYER & EMPLOYEE.
  5. EACH & EVERY DISPENSARY SECURITY GUARD, DISPENSARY BUDTENDER & DISPENSARY MANAGER MUST BE LICENSED & CERTIFIED UNDER CONTRACT BY "THE CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE/BUSINESS ASSOCIATION". IF DISPENSARY SECURITY / MANAGERS / EMPLOYEES ARE NOT YET UNDER THE 10% CONTRACT, A DISPENSARY INSPECTOR/BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER WILL ISSUE A LAWFUL IN PERSON DISPENSARY SERVICE NOTICE OF OFFENSE AND/OR CONTRACT REQUIREMENT AGREEMENT, WHICH WILL CORRECT/COMPLETE THE CONTRACT REQUIREMENT AS MANDATED. (EACH TIME A DISPENSARY INSPECTOR IS SENT TO YOUR DISPENSARY BUSINESS LOCATION TO REVIEW THE STATUS OF YOUR DISPENSARY EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION / CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, THE DISPENSARY EMPLOYER WILL BE CHARGED $40/HR FOR THE TIME IT TAKES TO CORRECT / REGULATE ANY BY-LAW VIOLATIONS NOTED BY THE DISPENSARY INSPECTOR/BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO ENSURE THAT DISPENSARY BUSINESS EMPLOYERS DO NOT FACE THE $5000 PENALTY FOR BY-LAW VIOLATIONS WHEN A SPECIFIC DISPENSARY BUSINESS IS RED-FLAGGED BY THE NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE HEADQUARTERS WHO THEN SEND OUT A DISPENSARY INSPECTOR TO REGULATE EACH SPECIFIC DISPENSARY IN VIOLATION BEFORE RESORTING TO ISSUING ANY MAJOR PENALTIES/SUSPENSION. IT IS THE DISPENSARY MANAGERS' RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP A RECORD OF EMPLOYEES CONTRACT/CONTACT INFORMATION & WEEKLY SCHEDULES SUBMITTED FOR DISPENSARY TRADE ASSOCIATION ADMINISTRATION RECORDS & EMPLOYEE CONTRACT STANDARDIZATION / BYLAW ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES & DISPENSARY WORKER EQUALITY MANDATES OVERLOOKED BY "THE NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION" REQUIRING EQUAL WAGES, EQUAL SHIFTS, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY, ETC,... TO BE EQUALLY DIVIDED BETWEEN EMPLOYEES WITH AN AVERAGE OF 20 HOURS PER WEEK TO BE THE STANDARD.  IT IS ALSO THE DISPENSARY MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS OF REGISTERING & SCHEDULING EQUAL HOURS TO BE SHARED BETWEEN EACH CATEGORY / OF REGISTERED DISPENSARY EMPLOYEES AT EACH LOCATION OF NATIONAL DISPENSARY TRADE BUSINESSES.
  6. NOTE: (A TOTAL OF 4 DISPENSARY SECURITY GUARDS, 4 DISPENSARY MANAGERS & 4 BUDTENDERS ARE TO BE TRAINED & PLACED INTO THE WEEKLY EMPLOYMENT SCHEDULE TO MAXIMIZE EMPLOYMENT AVAILABILITY / OPPORTUNITIES AS MANDATED BY "THE HUMAN RIGHTS JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION.")
  7. 4 SPECIALLY DESIGNATED PROFESSIONAL LICENSED PROVINCIAL DISPENSARY TRANSPORT SECURITY GUARDS WILL BE APPOINTED AT RANDOM TIMES DURING THE WEEK/WEEKEND TO ESCORT THE DISPENSARY MANAGER / EMPLOYER TO COMPLETE CASH / BANK DEPOSITS TO ENSURE SAFETY / SECURITY PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED ACCORDING TO NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY MANDATE. THIS MANDATORY SECURITY PROCEDURE AVOIDS ANY RISK OF OUR DISPENSARY BUSINESS LOCATIONS RISKING ROBBERY ATTEMPTS OR INSTIGATING/BECOMING VULNERABLE TO DISPENSARY EMPLOYEE ENDANGERMENT. THESE STANDARDS ARE MANDATORY & ENFORCED BY "THE NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION."
  8. NOTE: IT IS THE DISPENSARY BUSINESS MANAGERS OBLIGATION TO MAKE SURE DISPENSARY CASH INCOME IS SECURED IN A INACCESSIBLE SECRET AREA OF THE BUILDING IN A COMBINATION SAFE (NOT A KEY ACCESSIBLE SAFE) LOCATED SAFELY AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC CUSTOMER SERVICE PART OF THE BUILDING & THE DISPENSARY MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING ALL RECORDS OF CASH TRANSACTIONS / CLEARING THE CASH REGISTER EVERY TIME THE CASH FLOW EXCEEDS $500. ONLY $140 (5 $20's, 4 $10's & 4 $5's ARE TO BE LEFT IN THE CASH REGISTER FOR BUDTENDERS TO DO CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS WITH AND THE BULK OF THE CASH MUST BE STORED IN THE SAFE IN ENVELOPES OF $1000.00 EACH AND NOT MOVED UNTIL THE 4 APPOINTED LICENSED PROVINCIAL DISPENSARY TRANSPORT SECURITY OFFICERS ARE THERE TO ACCOMMODATE BANK DROP OFFS (WHICH WILL BE 2 - 3 RANDOM TIMES PER WEEK) FOR THE CASH TO BE TRANSPORTED TO THE CLOSEST BANK. (EACH TRANSPORT TO THE BANK WILL COST THE DISPENSARY EMPLOYER $140 - THAT'S $35 FOR 1HR PAID TO EACH "PROVINCIAL DISPENSARY TRANSPORT SECURITY OFFICER" (WHO MUST ALSO BE REGISTERED & UNDER 10% CONTRACT WITH THE CANADIAN NATIONAL DISPENSARY TRADE AUTHORITY)
  9. ALL CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY BUSINESS EMPLOYERS MUST EMPLOY EVERY LICENSED CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL CANADIAN NATIONAL SECURITY GUARD, DISPENSARY MANAGER / BUDTENDER ASSIGNED TO EACH LOCATION AS A MANDATED BY-LAW EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AS OF MARCH, 18th, 2019. (UNTIL CERTIFIED DISPENSARY EMPLOYEES ARE PROVIDED, EACH DISPENSARY EMPLOYER / DISPENSARY MANAGER IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER THEIR OWN PRIVATE EMPLOYEES WITH THE CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY AUTHORITY TO AVOID BY-LAW VIOLATION PENALTIES FROM BEING ISSUED TO THE DISPENSARY EMPLOYER & TO AVOID SUSPENSION OF UNREGISTERED, UNLICENSED DISPENSARY EMPLOYEES.)
  10. ANY CANNABIS DISPENSARY BUSINESS/LICENSEE FOUND IN NON-COMPLIANCE / FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE/BUSINESS ASSOCIATION'S REGULATIONS / BY-LAWS WILL FACE A CORPORATE FINE/PENALTY OF $5000 MAXIMUM FOR VIOLATING STANDARD CANADIAN NATIONAL DISPENSARY TRADE ASSOCIATION REGULATIONS / POLICIES / BY-LAWS & FURTHERMORE, SUSPENSION OF YOUR CANNABIS DISPENSARY LICENSE IS THE NEXT PROCEDURE OF PUNISHMENT FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE/BUSINESS ASSOCIATION'S REGULATIONS, SECURITY MANDATES & BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
  11. THESE REGULATIONS APPLY TO ALL PRIVATIZED CANNABIS DISPENSARY LOCATIONS OPERATING IN CANADA. THIS IS A CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE/BUSINESS/LICENSEE ASSOCIATION FEDERATION BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT NOTICE, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

THE CANADIAN NATIONAL (PRIVATIZED) DISPENSARY BUSINESS EMPLOYER / EMPLOYEE PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION STANDARD UNIONIZED CONTRACT AGREEMENT BY-LAWS:

  1. ALL CANADIAN NATIONAL CANNABIS DISPENSARY TRADE / BUSINESS / EMPLOYERS MUST ADMINISTER THE REQUIRED EQUAL STANDARDIZED PAY & EQUAL STANDARDIZED HOURLY WAGES TO DISPENSARY EMPLOYEES / DISPENSARY PROPERTY MANAGERS & DISPENSARY SECURITY PROFESSIONALS BY LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL DISPENSARY BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS' STANDARDIZED WAGES POLICY, LAWFULLY MANDATED TO BE PAID TO EACH CATEGORY OF DISPENSARY PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES FOR THEM TO BE TO BE LAWFULLY WORKING ON ANY OF THE DISPENSARY BUSINESS EMPLOYEE PAYROLL SCHEDULES.
  2. EVERY DISPENSARY EMPLOYEE PROFESSIONAL MUST AGREE TO HAVE THEIR HOURLY WAGES STANDARDIZED EQUALLY & CONTRIBUTE 10% TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR STANDARD EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS, WORKERS INJURY COMPENSATION, CORPORATE ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY INVESTMENTS, CORPORATE PROPERTY INVESTMENTS & EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT BENEFITS AS MANDATED IN THE NATIONAL DISPENSARY BY-LAW INSTITUTION & SHALL FORWARD A FULL RECORD OF THEIR DISPENSARY EMPLOYEE HOURS WORKED WITH THE MATCHING HOURLY INCOME ADMINISTERED TO THEM DIRECTLY TO: CANNABISDISPENSARYUNIONCANADA@GMAIL.COM EVERY WEEK THEY GET PAID.
